Shell established a pioneering art project to
promote Egyptian Artists.The Web site www.egyptart.org.eg
was launched in 1997 to showcase the work of art
for Egyptian Artists internationally, and to help
them display and market their work in forms other
than public exhibitions.The site displays artwork
in four main categories: Paintings, Ceramics,
Calligraphy &Sculpture, and currently includes
the work of 78 EgyptianArtists. Thw site is frequently
updated to increase the number of artists and
work on display.
